Yvette Hollingsworth Clark is Executive Vice President and Regulatory Innovation Officer within Wells Fargo’s Innovation Group.  The group serves as a catalyst for transformational change across the company, focusing on exploring and fostering the growth of big ideas that influence business models, processes, and programs in order to meet evolving customer needs. Under Yvette’s leadership, the Innovation Group develops, integrates, and executes a risk model that provides for a unified view of the digital risk environment by partnering with other enterprise risk management teams to help the company approach risk differently during early-stage product development. As a member of the Wells Fargo Management Committee, Yvette works closely with senior management to set goals for growth and meet regulatory and internal requirements.

Saundra Davis is a US Navy veteran, financial coach, educator, and consultant who is nationally recognized as an expert in the financial coaching field and for her work with community-based organizations that focus on asset building for the working poor. She developed and facilitates the Financial Fitness Coach certification program to promote the highest standard for professional services for all people, irrespective of wealth and income.

Ms. Davis is the founder and Executive Director of Sage Financial Solutions, a San Francisco Bay area based organization that develops comprehensive financial capability programs for low- and moderate-income communities throughout the United States. Saundra’s philosophy of the financial continuum of carecontinues to shape the financial capability and coaching efforts around thecountry.  She holds a B.S. in Management and an M.S. in Financial Planning from Golden Gate University where she is currently an Distinguished Adjunct Professor in the Personal Financial Planning program.


Associate General Counsel, WhatsApp

Jennifer is Associate General Counsel at WhatsApp, where she counsels on global privacy and regulatory issues. Prior to joining WhatsApp, she was at Airbnb, leading many of its privacy programs and counseling on a full-range of issues related to product development, including consumer protection and platform liability. Jennifer also spent a number of years at Zynga, where she focused on intellectual property enforcement, content clearance, and advertising.

Samantha Price is a partner at Keystone Strategy, an innovative strategy and economics consulting firm delivering transformative ideas and novel solutions to global enterprises and law firms on leading-edge challenges in technology, business, and science. Ms. Price is the consultancy’s first ever female to hold the role of partner in the firm’s 14-year history. Ms. Price joined Keystone in 2011 and has grown her unique practice areas into one of the industry’s largest and most transformative expert groups supporting technology companies in the area of intellectual property, competition and antitrust.
